Audi RS4 Avant Lease

The RS4 Avant is the performance version of the standard A4 Avant. If you need something bigger, there’s also the RS6 Avant, which is - you guessed it - a souped-up A6 Avant. 

The RS4 Avant has a turbocharged V6 engine - the same one you’d find on the Porsche Panamera 4S. It’s able to get you from 0-62mph in 4.1 seconds and has an electronically-limited top speed of 155mph. If you’re a track enthusiast, you can always choose the Vorsprung trim, which ups the RS4 Avant’s top speed to 174mph. 

All A4 Avants are shipped with Audi’s class-leading MMI infotainment system and a 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit as standard. The cockpit screen can be configured to display an ‘RS’-specific ‘G-meter’ that illustrates cornering forces or race timer for when you’re out on the track. It’s small touches like this that remind you that you’re not driving any old estate. 

But of course, the RS4 Avant is still an estate car at heart, so it’s also superbly practical. There’s 505 litres of boot space for starters, and you’ll be able to fold the rear seats in a 40:20:40 arrangement for added flexibility. Once folded, you get a completely flat loading area.

There’s also plenty to recommend this car to families. It scored 5 stars overall on the Euro NCAP safety test, and comes with a generous helping of active safety equipment, including Automatic Emergency Braking. Extras like blind-spot monitoring can be optioned, but they’re included on the Vorsprung trim.
