Audi RS5 Sportback Lease

The RS5 Sportback is essentially a more powerful version of the A5 Sportback. It shares the same sloping roofline of the RS5 Coupe, though the extra two doors make it the more family-friendly option. Of course, if your back seat passengers are particularly tall, the RS6 Avant may still be the better option. 

The RS5 Sportback shares its twin-turbo 2.9 litre V6 engine and quattro all-wheel-drive set up with the RS5 Coupe, which provides up to 444bhp. It’s capable of covering the 0-62mph sprint in just 3.9 seconds. It also has an electronically-limited top speed of 155mph, which is increased to 174mph on the top-level Vorsprung trim. 

Steering is quick and responsive, and Audi’s Drive Select allows you to change various engine, gearbox and differential settings as you like. Grip is phenomenal, and the stiff suspension in Dynamic mode is great on the track. 

All RS5 Sportbacks get unique ‘RS’ body styling and 20-inch wheels, along with its lacerated air intakes and a big oval exhaust pipe.

Inside, electrically adjustable and heated front sport seats, smart leather stitched trims, three-zone climate control, and ambient interior LED lighting all add to the premium feel. 

All models come with a 10.1-inch Audi MMI infotainment screen and 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit display. These have been tweaked to reflect the ‘RS’ styling, and include some extra goodies like the ‘G-meter’ for measuring cornering forces, and lap timer for when you’re on the track.
