Leasing an Audi TT RS Roadster

Background to the Audi TT RS Roadster

The classic Audi TT design began in 1998, with the launch of the TT Coupe and Roadster designs. After many face lifts and an upgrade in 2006, Audi settled upon an iconic look for the launch of the third edition in 2014, and it has grown in popularity ever since. Gone were the S line and Black Edition designs, replaced by the three trims available today; the standard Roadster, the Sport and the top of the range Vorsprung.

Audi TT RS Roadster Engines and Performance

The 2.5-litre TFSI Quattro engine is the only one available across the range. It provides 394 bhp and has an automatic 7-speed S tronic transmission. It goes from 0-62 in under four seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph. For such a powerful car, it is economical, providing an impressive 35 mpg for fuel consumption.

Audi TT RS Roadster Trim Levels

The standard Roadster body style comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, increased to 20-inches for the Sport and Vorsprung. LED headlights are also upgraded for the Vorsprung to Matrix, as well as offering a Bang and Olufsen stereo with the Comfort+Sound Pack - which is an option for the other two trims. There are choices of Alcantara or leather seats, plus a leather steering wheel, seats with lumbar support, red or blue inlay stylings and exterior racks.

Audi TT RS Roadster Safety and Infotainment Features

The 12-inch virtual cockpit screen provides access to the stereo and a 3D display for the sat nav. You can also access the Internet through it with Audi Connect. Safety features include cruise control, Parking System Plus and high beam assist.

Audi TT RS Roadster Servicing and Warranty

Audi offers a three-year or 60-miles warranty for the TT RS Roadster. This can be upgraded to four or five years, or 90,000 miles. Servicing should take place each year, and Audi also provides a free health check-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is it to lease an Audi TT RS Roadster?

Pricing will depend on various features and contract hire types, such as business or personal leases. While prices will vary, car leasing does allow for greater flexibility, including minimising costs by not accessing features you do not need. Road tax is included. You can enquire with a broker or arrange for a callback to discuss your needs in detail.

Is it better to buy or lease an Audi TT RS Roadster?

Unless you are intent on owning the vehicle, car leasing has the advantages of low costs and being able to upgrade to a new car once the contract ends. This combination of flexibility and affordability is what makes leasing deals so popular.
