Leasing a BMW 7 Series

Background to the BMW 7 Series

With exquisite design and flawless performance, a BMW 7 Series saloon lease car is for those who demand an elegant ride with maximum comfort and plenty of space (including a 515-litre boot). Whether for a chauffeur with high-end clients or just someone who demands a smooth-as-silk drive, this car focuses on the highest quality throughout its design and under the bonnet.

BMW 7 Series Engines and Performance

Engine options for the BMW 7 Series come in petrol and diesel fuel types and there’s also the option for a plug-in hybrid which can take you around 30 miles on electricity alone. If it’s speed you’re after, the BMW 730d xDrive with the TwinPower turbocharged 6-cylinder diesel engine zooms from 0 to 62mph in 6.1 seconds. The smallest engine size is the BMW 730d saloon which returns 46.3-50.4mpg and emits 159-147 g/km of CO2.

BMW 7 Series Trim Levels

The trim options for this luxurious machine start with the standard, moving up to M Sport and top-of-the-range M760Li xDrive. Nappa leather upholstery and a refined fine-wood trim are what you get in the standard model, while the M760Li xDrive has Merino leather. The standard model gets 18-inch multi-spoke style light alloy wheels, the M Sport gets 19-inch bicolour double-spoke style light alloy wheels and there are 20-inch double-spoke style light alloy wheels for the M760Li xDrive.

BMW 7 Series Safety and Infotainment Features

Parking won’t be a problem with BMW’s Parking Assistant Plus pack coming as standard. There are front and rear parking sensors, a surround-view camera and a self-parking system. For infotainment, you get a 10-inch touchscreen high on the dashboard that can be activated by touch or voice. DAB radio, wireless charging, WiFi and Bluetooth are all included, and optional extras include digital TV and a rear seat entertainment package.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is it to lease a BMW 7 Series?

It isn’t cheap to buy a magnificent machine like the 7 Series. Fortunately, with car leasing you don’t buy the car. You pay an initial rental and then monthly repayments for the length of your contract. The cost will range according to things like how much you pay for your initial rental, as well as what trim and engine you choose. If you run up excess mileage you’ll have to pay extra for that.

Is it better to buy or lease a BMW 7 Series?

A car lease (or personal contract hire) invites you to enjoy the unique driving experience of the 7 Series, as soon as you make your initial payment. You can search our special offers from BVRLA brokers on business and personal leases by filters including annual mileage and fuel type. When buying a new car, you have depreciation to worry about, as well as trying to sell it when you fancy a change of wheels. With a lease car, on the other hand, you give back your keys at the end of your contract and move on to your next lease. Even better, road tax is included in your contract and we even throw in free delivery of your new lease car.
