Leasing a BMW X4
First released in 2014, the BMW X4 is now in its second edition. With the same engine as its sibling, the BMW X3, this model is a sportier shape with a sloping roofline that is sure to attract attention. It’s still packed with space, including a 252-litre boot which can be extended by folding down the rear seats.
You’ll have the choice between a petrol or diesel engine, with the popular X4 xDrive20d offering a 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel unit. The premium M models crank things up a notch - the xDrive M40i will go from 0-62mph in just 4.9 seconds. All trims come with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and M Sport suspension as standard and all X4 models are all-wheel drive to deliver the grip.
The BMW X4 comes in four different trim levels, with the entry-level Sport coming with 18-inch V-spoke alloy wheels and Vernasca leather upholstery. At the other end of the range, the M models (the xDrive M40i and the xDrive M40d) have 20-inch double-spoke alloys, and optional seat and steering wheel heating.
All trim levels are treated to the BMW iDrive infotainment system which furnishes you with a built-in sat nav, DAB radio and Bluetooth connection, as well as climate and cruise control. The BMW Live Cockpit Professional has a 12.3-inch instrument cluster as well as a high-resolution 10.25-inch main control display. If you upgrade with the Tech Pack, you’ll also be treated to a head-up display and a loudspeaker system courtesy of Harman Kardon.
Your BMW X4 lease comes with a BMW three-year warranty and access to their servicing and repairs. For more information, visit the BMW website.

Frequently Asked Questions
To determine your monthly payments for leasing your X4 estate, we need to consider a number of factors. For example, you’ll need to choose your preferred trim level and any additional extras like the Tech/Plus PK upgrades. We’ll also need to know how much you’ll be putting down as your initial payment and how long the lease will last. We’ll ask you to estimate your annual mileage, but don’t worry because any excess mileage can be calculated and paid at the end of your lease. A business lease will be exc VAT, while a personal lease is inc VAT.
Car leasing suits a driver who wants a premium new car, such as the X4 diesel estate, without having to worry about the enormous upfront payment. You’ll also be able to take away any stress such as thinking about car depreciation and road tax because it’s all built into your contract hire.
