Leasing a Fiat Panda

Background to the Fiat Panda

First released in 1980, the Fiat Panda was marketed as the ultimate new small car for urban environments, alongside the classic Fiat 500. It sold more than 4.5m units before the second generation superseded it in 2003. The new Fiat Panda range began life in 2011 and, along with various hatchback special editions, remains as popular as ever for car leasing- especially now there is a hybrid version available.

Fiat Panda Engines and Performance

The Fiat Panda is a perfect car for urban environments, and there’s a punchy 1.2-litre engine producing 69 bhp with a top speed of 102 mph. Fuel economy is 44 mpg and emissions are 114 g/km. The Panda has a manual five- or six-speed transmission. The mild-hybrid model uses a 1.0-litre petrol engine with an economy of 50 mpg. The .09-litre TwinAir unit is available for the 4x4 Panda models.

Fiat Panda Trim Levels

There are three packages to choose from; the Fiat Panda Pop, the Panda Easy and the Panda Lounge. There’s also the Panda Cross - the all-wheel-drive version. The Lounge upgrades 14-inch alloy wheels to 15-inch dark alloys, as well as an array of coloured features. It also has an improved four-speaker stereo system, adjustable mirrors and steering wheel level audio controls.

Fiat Panda Safety and Infotainment Features

Standard infotainment on the Panda Pop includes DAB radio and the Uconnect infotainment system is Bluetooth compatible and includes voice recognition. Standard safety features include four airbags for driver and passenger, electronic stability control, automatic hill braking, tyre pressure monitoring and an anti-brake system.

Fiat Panda Servicing and Warranty

Fiat offers a three-year manufacturer’s warranty, and the Panda should be serviced every year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it better to buy or lease a Fiat Panda?

Fiat Panda leasing can be an option for those who want a brand new car without having to pay the large purchase price upfront. Leasing offers can be specified to suit your budget and usage, meaning you will not pay for what you don’t need or use.

How much is it to lease a Fiat Panda?

Car lease costs will depend on a number of factors, such as for personal use (inc VAT), added features and if the new vehicle is a special edition. This means you can create a bespoke deal to suit your needs. Road tax is included - and you need to be aware of excess mileage charges. We also offer free delivery to a mainland UK address.
