Leasing a Ford Mondeo Estate

Background to the Ford Mondeo Estate

The ever-popular Mondeo was first introduced to the world in 1992 and has since gone through several facelifts and updates to leave us where we are today with the latest Ford Mondeo estate (in the Mondeo range with the Mondeo hatchback and Mondeo saloon). The 5-door vehicle has, as you’d expect, a large 525-litres boot and plenty of cabin room for a family of five!

Ford Mondeo Estate Engines and Performance

Your new car leasing deal comes with a range of engine options such as the 2.0-litre EcoBlue 150, 190, or 190 AWD PS TDCi diesel engines, with 148 or 187 bhp - the latter making for a speedy ride. There’s also a hybrid 2.0-litre petrol-electric 187 PS engine option, along with a 1.5-litre EcoBoost petrol. Automatic gearboxes are available on every option - making for a smooth, comfortable and enjoyable ride with great suspension and handling for a large car, and relatively quiet engines.

Ford Mondeo Estate Trim Levels

Ford Mondeo estate contract hire deals come in four different trim levels: the Zetec edition, the Titanium, the ST-Line and the Vignale. Even the entry-level Zetec is inclusive of features such as 17-inch alloy wheels, LED lights, chrome finishes, a leather steering wheel and power-foldable, heated door mirrors. Higher-level models benefit from premium leather seats, keyless entry and start, automatic headlights and wipers, rear privacy glass, premium body paints, and 19-inch alloy wheels.

Ford Mondeo Estate Safety and Infotainment Features

Safety is an important feature in your Ford Mondeo estate leasing deal, so you’ll be pleased to know that it scored 5-stars on the Euro NCAP safety test. It also comes fitted with emergency assistance, pre-collision assist, traffic sign recognition, and lane keeping aid as standard. The estate car features Ford’s latest SYNC3 infotainment system, with an 8-inch colour touchscreen, sat-nav, compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, DAB radio and between 8-12 speakers depending on your chosen trim.

Ford Mondeo Estate Servicing and Warranty

As with any new car, the Ford Mondeo Estate comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty - or up to 60,000 miles driven. It’s also recommended that you service your contract hire vehicle annually, or every 12,500 miles driven.
