Leasing a Mercedes B Class

Background to the Mercedes B Class

Revealed in 2018, the B Class hatchback was launched by Mercedes as a stylish alternative to compact SUVs. Technologically innovative, this smooth driving vehicle is sporty, luxurious and versatile. A five-door hatchback with up to 455-litres of boot space (up to 1,540 litres including seat area), the Mercedes-Benz B Class has room for all the family.

Mercedes B Class Engines and Performance

There are four engines available with your Mercedes B Class, with the option of petrol or diesel fuel type. If you're looking for a petrol engine, you can choose between the B180 which produces 132bhp and the B200 which produces 159bhp. Both use a turbocharged 1.3-litre four-cylinder petrol engine and return around 52 mpg. The two diesel options use a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder diesel, with the B200d producing 148bhp and the range-topping B220d producing 188bhp. All engine types come paired with an automatic gearbox.

Mercedes B Class Trim Levels

There are two trim levels to choose between for your Mercedes B Class car lease: the Sport and AMG Line. All engines can be picked with either trim level, except for the B220d diesel engine size which is only available with the AMG Line trim. The standard equipment list for the B Class is already impressive, including the Mercedes infotainment system with voice activation, dual-zone climate control and keyless entry. But if you upgrade to the higher level trim, you get to enjoy even more luxury and sports detailing. The AMG Line trim comes with extra body styling and radiator grille, with 18-inch alloy wheels, sports steering wheel and sports seats.

Mercedes B Class Safety and Infotainment Features

The standard infotainment features for the B Class are wide-ranging, including Mercedes’ latest MBUX infotainment system, sat-nav, DAB radio and dual seven-inch media display screens. There are also a great range of safety features included in your Mercedes car leasing, such as cruise control, reversing camera, speed limit assist and lane keeping assist, so you can drive in safety and comfort.

Mercedes B Class Servicing and Warranty

As all LeaseFetcher contract hires are brand new cars, your Mercedes B Class will be fully covered for the first three years by the manufacturer warranty. Servicing your vehicle every 12 months or 15,000 miles is recommended by the manufacturer for smooth running.

Is it better to buy or lease a Mercedes B Class?
