The GLA is based on the ever popular A-Class. It’s one of 12 SUVs produced by Mercedes, with its closest relatives being the larger seven-seat GLB and the sportier GLC Coupe. Mercedes have also produced a full-electric version, the EQA.

The GLA 250 e will be the most popular option with company car drivers. An all-electric range of 37 miles and an average of 32g/km of CO2 puts it into the 12% BiK tax band.
At the very top of the range is the Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 S 4MATIC+ Plus. It leaves the rest of the range in the dust with its 0-60mph acceleration time of 4.5 seconds.
The interior of the GLA is well-equipped, with the option to up-spec for extra goodies like a nappa leather steering wheel, ambient lights, and a larger 10.25-inch infotainment screen.
Standard safety equipment includes Active Lane Keeping Assist and Active Braking Assist and Attention Assist. For a modest fee, you can upgrade to the Sport Executive trim for PARKTRONIC Active Parking Assist and reversing camera.
