MINI’s goal with the Convertible was to deliver a stylish model with go-kart handling, equally suitable as a daily runaround or for open-air adventures. You can drop the top in just 18 seconds at speeds of 20 MPH, allowing you to take advantage of British heat waves with ease.  

There are 3 performance options available, all petrol. The entry level Cooper engine manages 136bhp, accelerating from 0-60 in around 8.7 seconds. Next step up is the Cooper S with a punchier 178bhp engine, shaving the 0-60 time down to 71 seconds. The creme de la creme is the John Cooper Works, capable of 231bhp and speeding from 0-60 in just 6.5 seconds.

Visually, the MINI Convertible is eye-catching. It looks like a classic MINI with bold Union Jack rear headlights, but its extended grille gives it a sportier feel. You have up to 11 body paint choices, plus you can change the colour of the mirror caps for contrast. You can inject your own personality into the timeless British branded design.

You can choose from Classic, Sport, or Exclusive trim. Classic and Sport come with comfortable cloth seats and Piano Black interior trim. The Exclusive adds luxurious leather seats and Aluminium interior trim. The cabin features a quirky circular 8.8-inch display screen as standard. There are a variety of Comfort, Infotainment, and Driving Assistance Packs to mix and match.
