Leasing a Peugeot 3008

Background to the Peugeot 3008

The Peugeot 3008 was first launched in 2009 and is currently in its second generation. The Peugeot 3008 is one of Peugeot’s highly economical SUV vehicles that also delivers an aesthetically pleasing exterior. It comes equipped with a broad range of petrol and diesel engines. The BlueHDi 2.0-litre diesel estate is extremely fuel-efficient and delivers a smooth ride.

Peugeot 3008 Engines and Performance

The Peugeot 3008 is offered with petrol and diesel fuel types, along with a hybrid plug-in. The 1.2-litre petrol engine is perfect if your driving is predominantly around town. Alternatively, the 1.6-litre petrol engine which is more suited to motorway driving, takes only eight seconds to go from 0 to 62mph. Both petrol engines use turbocharging to ensure running costs are low and performance is maintained. When it comes to diesel engines, the Peugeot 3008 is offered with the choice of a 128bhp 1.5-litre version or a 175bhp 2.0-litre engine. The former diesel engine takes 10.8 seconds to go from 0-62mph, whereas the more powerful diesel engine is exclusively offered in the GT trim. Peugeot also offers two plug-in hybrids which combine a 1.6-litre petrol engine with a 13.2kWh battery and electric motor. The Hybrid4 engine is only available with the top GT trim and comes with four-wheel drive and a combined power output of 296bhp.

Peugeot 3008 Trim Levels

Five trim levels are offered with the Peugeot 3008 - all which boast excellent infotainment features. With the entry-level Active trim, you can expect the new Peugeot i-Cockpit, automatic dual-zone climate control and automatic headlights and wipers. The Puretech Allure trim is equipped with front and rear parking sensors, auto dipping headlights and 18-inch alloy wheels.  The GT Line trim has wireless phone charging and full LED lights, whereas if you upgrade to the GT Line Premium you can take advantage of massaging front seats and a panoramic sunroof.  Finally, at the top of the trim levels is the GT trim which has adaptive cruise control, keyless entry and 19-inch alloy wheels.
