Leasing a SEAT Tarraco
Background to the SEAT Tarraco
This stylish SUV debuted at the 2018 Paris motor show. It's named after the ancient city of Tarragona, which once sat a few miles from where Barcelona stands today. It was also the first SEAT named by the public. They were asked to suggest names based on Spanish geography and then vote for their favourite. At the final count, over 35% of people who voted, chose Tarraco.
SEAT Tarraco Engines and Performance
The Seat Tarraco Estate petrol engines start with the 148 bhp 1.5-litre TSI Evo. It's more than adequate for cruising around town and for drivers who regularly rack up the miles will appreciate the Seat Tarraco diesel estate. It has a 2.0-litre TDI engine with either 148bhp or 190bhp. The diesel models aren't as nippy as the petrol versions, but you'll definitely notice the extra pulling power. The engines come with either a six-speed manual gearbox or there’s the option of a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox. The Terraco also has either two- or four-wheel drive models.
SEAT Tarraco Trim Levels
The SE is the starter trim, but it still offers a digital cockpit and rear parking sensors. Additional features on the SE Technology model include 18-inch 'Performance' alloy wheels and a 9-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system. FR trims are for drivers looking for a sportier driving experience; highlights include FR sport styling bodywork, bucket seats and a 7-speed DSG gearbox for ultra-smooth shift changes. The Xcellence Lux trim is all about those luxurious little extras, including stylish leather upholstery and heated sport seats.
SEAT Tarraco Safety and Infotainment Features
All models have front and curtain airbags, as well as electronic stability control and rollover assist which will switch the engine off. The top-range models come with adaptive cruise control; it uses smart technology to maintain a safe distance from other vehicles. A lane-keeping assist system keeps you on the right track, while the tiredness recognition function will tell the driver to take a break. The 9.2-inch touchscreen has SEAT's Full Link technology which lets you access smartphone apps via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
SEAT Tarraco Servicing and Warranty
Every new car purchased or leased includes SEAT's three-year or 60,000-miles warranty. It covers repairs and paint defects. A yearly service will keep your Tarraco running smoothly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I buy or lease a SEAT Tarraco?
Lease customers never own the car. Instead, they cover the depreciation costs with an initial payment and fixed monthly sums. The vehicle is returned when the contract ends, giving you the option to upgrade to a new model. Leasing is a flexible and potentially cost-effective way to get a new car every few years.
How much is it to lease a SEAT Tarraco?
Several factors go into calculating the monthly payments on a lease hire. They include the lease length, trim, engine specs and more. Road tax is included in the price. Business leases are quoted exc VAT, while a personal lease is inc VAT. You can arrange for a callback from one of our brokers to discuss personal or business leasing in more detail.
