Leasing a KIA Stinger Gran Turismo
The Kia Stinger was first introduced in 2018 as a sport saloon offering an impressively sleek design and comfortable interior space - mirroring that of a hatchback. It is the first rear-wheel drive vehicle in Kia’s range and competes well against its premium, more expensive rivals. The Kia Stinger quickly gained recognition for delivering the best of both worlds, as a trendy sports car but with practical interior space and excellent luggage capacity. All Stinger models come with a standard eight-speed automatic gearbox and the latest trim boasts excellent infotainment features including a surround-view parking camera and plush upgraded front seats.
The Kia Stinger Gran Turismo is offered with three engines with the fuel types of petrol and diesel with a fuel tank capacity of 60 litres. The entry-level Stinger comes with a four-cylinder 2.0-litre turbo-charged petrol engine - which has CO2 Euro emissions of 188g/km - or a four-cylinder 2.2-litre diesel engine. The GTS trim comes with a 3.3-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine for great performance but fuel consumption of 25mpg. Other engines offer better figures and the diesel engine has a top speed of 140 mph, while the 2.0-litre petrol engine power is 244bhp. The Kia Stinger GT provides excellent handling and an agile drive - especially with engine torque of up to 510Nm.
The Kia Stinger Gran Turismo comes with five trims starting at the base level and culminating with the GT2 trim. The entry-level model comes equipped with LED running lights, heated and power folding mirrors and dual exhaust pipes. Although the cheaper of the trims, the Kia Stinger base trim also comes with five paint options. The premium trim offers an 8-inch touchscreen, power adjustable steering and driver seat memory functions. The GT Line boasts a sportier cabin including alloy pedals and a nine-inch touchscreen. The GT Line also upgrades its tyres to 19-inch alloy wheels. If you opt for the GTS Line you get the option of orange paint colour and a blacked-out grille and headlights which gives it more of a racier edge. The GT1 trim is packed with premium features including ventilated seats and enhanced safety features. Finally, the GT2 offers a surround-view parking camera and premium leather upholstery seats.
The KIA Stinger Gran Turismo is kitted out with excellent safety features which get more advanced depending on trim. All Kia Stinger models come with elevated seats for the best driving position and the entry-level model even comes with blind spot monitoring and rear parking sensors. Further up the trims, you can expect smart cruise control, automatic braking and lane-keep assistance. Heated seats, Bluetooth connectivity, sat nav and ventilated seats are just some of the many features the Kia Stinger GT has to offer. Euro NCAP gave the Stinger five stars for its safety levels.
Kia recommends that your Kia Stinger Gran Turismo should be serviced once a year or at least after every 10,000 miles. All Kia cars come with the manufacturer’s warranty of seven years which demonstrates that their vehicles are renowned for being of excellent quality.
